absence

my favourite cat died.

just got the news from ian, whos working at wormwood films now.. having some regrets now cos i promised my favourite boy i'll go back and visit, which till now, ive been putting off. and i missed seeing him for the last time..

i'll always remember the times when youd just walk towards me, upon hearing the sound of my slippers.
and the times when you'll hide under the cars, waiting for my return.

i'll miss you sitting quietly by my side, enjoying the peace with me.
and you just looking at me, without making a single sound.

i'll always feel your rubs against my legs.
and your fur on my hands when i scratch your head.

and i'll miss you following me wherever i go.

i'll never forget you, youre my favourite boy. the most special cat ive ever met, who has been with me through my ups and downs, and spending the boring hot afternoons with me, not forgetting the peaceful nights we've spent together. i pray youre at peace, and that you'll miss me as much as i am. i know youre at a better place now, cos i loved you and still do.

i still cant stop crying, but i guess i should be happy for you.

im definite, we will meet again.

p/s: thanks little cat, i think you just made my boyfriend cherish me a little more.. =)
